Our first level of content is focused on Awakening the nervous system, the energetic anatomy, the sensitivity of this human form. We focus on kriya, asana, energy work, breath work, mantra and movement to awaken and aliven this exquisite feminine form. This work corresponds to the jade egg work, and it is preparation for the nervous, energetic, and endocrine system for higher states of consciousness.

L1: Introduction & Initiation

Initiation of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Level 1 of Golden Lotus explores the 5 Organs through the reflexology of the vaginal canal, and the 8 Extraordinary Vessels which originate in the womb. 

L1: Kidney & Du Mai

Week 1 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Kidneys & The Du Mai represent the Water element - the most primordial energy of life; we address healing fear, and our foundational trust in the flow of life herself. 

L1: Liver & Dai Mai

Week 2 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Liver & Dai Mai represent the Wood element - expansion, growth, and direction; we address grounding down, and rooting ourselves into our spiritual path and power on this Earth. 

L1: Spleen & Chong Mai

Week 3 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Spleen & Chong Mai represent the Earth element - receiving nourishment, nurture and love; returning to the Mother.

L1: Lung & Ren Mai

Week 4 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Lung & Ren Mai represent the Metal element - transmute and breathe into the courage to be you; purify everything which stops you from shining through.

L1: Heart & Chong Mai

Week 5 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple. Heart & Chong Mai represent the Fire element; reinstating your sovereignty, regaining your self-trust, and charging your inner world to manifest the outer.

DEEPEN

The second level of content is focused on deepening into the somatic-sexual activation of the pelvis. Here we are no longer working with the whole physical body, with circulating and detoxifying the full physiology - but rather are deepening into the pelvis for a completely new, and vibratory experience of our sexuality. Join us, we invite you deep into the initiations of the sacred temple of your own internal space, the many thresholds and gates of orgasm, the sacred Waters of blessing and ambrosia which flow through our own Being. This is initiation on the level of deep orgasm and deep sexual sovereignty and safety.

L2: The First Gate

Week 1 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple (Level 2). The First Gate of Orgasm refers to the clitoris. From it’s spiritual beginnings, the clitoris maintains an intricate relationship to spiritual states & bliss throughout our lives.

L2: The Second Gate

Week 2 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple (Level 2). The Second Gate of Orgasm refers to the para-urethral glands, or g-spot. We explore how this gate can provide rich and deep healing, purity, reverence and “ambrosia” pouring forth. 

L2: The Third Gate

Week 3 of the Golden Lotus Online Temple (Level 2). The Third Gate of Orgasm is the cervix. We explore the immersive spiritual states which lead to deep Union, (spiritual and material) conception, heart opening and healing.

EXPAND

The third level of content is focused on expanding into the relationship with a Star Child. This work is all about communication in the pre-conception, pre-natal, birth, and postpartum space. Whether you are a looking to become a Birth Keeper, to manage the rebirthing field, to awaken codes of Birth, Death, Grief and Ecstatic Joy, or simply take your relationship to the initiations of Compassion and Divine Feminine capacity to the next level through your own physical initiations of birth, or to assist others, this layer of the work is all about the expansion into the realm beyond.

Ecstatic Birth Practitioner

Beginning on the 14th of June 2020, Sheila Kamara Hay’s extraordinary work in the world of Ecstatic and Empowered birth culiminates in the 2020 Ecstatic Birth Practitioner Training which features Sheila, and a variety of other professionals in the realms of sexuality, embodiment and birth. Eva Louise Williams will be presenting Ecstatic Birth Preparation and Embodiment Secrets from the Golden Lotus opus as a guest practitioner during this potent training which promises to be a wild and sensual ride.

Doula Thrive

Doula Thrive is a 13 moon mentorship for established and aspiring doula’s to step further - and anchor deeply into the art of Birth-keeping from a deeply spiritual and pragmatic perspective. This mentorship opens twice a year - in the Spring and the Autumn - with the next course starting in September 2020. Doula Thrive covers everything from the basics of birth-keeping to the business of birth-keeping and is also a certified doula and postpartum doula program. Eva Louise Williams is featured as a guest facilitator, presenting conception, gestation, and birth from a Golden Lotus perspective through spirituality, embodiment and embryology in this rich offering.

Golden Lotus Level 3

Coming Soon: The Golden Lotus Level 3 content is a week by week program for mother’s to be to go from conception through gestation to birth prep, birth plan, and postpartum period with grace, ease, and strength. This work resources many different modalities and ties them together the Golden Lotus signature approach of the sexual reflexology, our spiritual and physiological anatomy, and the 3 gates of orgasm. This program is for purchase by trimesters 1-4.

GOLDEN LOTUS AUDIO TRANSMISSIONS

The Golden Lotus work is based around a series of meditations, movement practices and transmissions which re-align your body and your cellular vibration, and attune your energetic, spiritual, somatic and physiological experience towards the reality of Divine Feminine Golden Light and healing. These audio recordings of the Golden Lotus transmissions and activations make up the core structure of the Level 1 opus; 10 recordings of organs and extraordinary meridians, each 12 minutes in length.
