Bios & Headshots
The following bios and headshots are my current suggestions for the work we have done during our Morocco retreat. I would encourage you to edit and refine them in a way which feels befitting to you; as resources the recording of our Bio sessions & the gratitudes (what others see in you) are below. The headshots below are used for the sake of consistency and clarity - with the jade and the gold, as well the refined vision, and a smile from everyone. I am aware that everyone has chosen variegated other headshots, and the headshots below are replaceable/interchangeable. ✨

Sara El Sayeh
Sara is an Egyptian woman based in Cairo, Egypt. She is a mother, a homeopath, and a woman of service. She grew up in a household that valued education and purpose, after an MA in Economic Development and 6 years in the field, she realised it wasn't how she wanted to change the world. She found, through homeopathy and motherhood, a new layer of being a woman in the Middle East which coincided in her discovery of Golden Lotus. It was through this work that she has gone through her own (re)birth and journey of deepening in Self. Through a marriage of curiosity, devotion and being in and of service, everyday, she is experiencing all the different layers of identifying as a woman in this world, in this part of the world, in this body, and what it means when we talk about finding our way back home to Self. From this deep space she presents Golden Lotus, a series of movement sequences and meditations as well as bodywork that help us realise our own power and divinity as women.
Erica Gibbert
Erica Gibbert is an embodiment and expressive arts facilitator based in Charlotte, NYC. She is a practitioner of yoga, a bodyworker with a background in massage and cranio-sacral therapy, and has been a hands-on expressive movement teacher since 2011. Her passion is the artistry and expression of embodiment which she explores through touch, connection, and creating deep experiential journeys for men and women around reconnecting to their self-love, their self-trust, and their authentic sexual and sensual expression. She uses her knowledge of the body, of touch, of healing, and the arts, with her patience lyricism to trace the lines of insecurity bringing catharsis and awareness to the healing process. Erica is known for her love to dance and have fun while holding a depth of poetry and inspiration in her field at all times. Her soul is filled with the magic and mystery of the inner worlds we hold, and her medicine is to invite others into this space for themselves, holding space for Her to emerge with a whisper, a smile, and a subtle yet vast honouring.
Barbara Ma-El
Barbara Ma-El is a New Zealander living in Melbourne, Australia who has been awakening, healing & working within the timeless Ways Of The Womb over the past 20 years - as a birth doula, as a pregnancy photographer, globally as a workshop facilitator & in the healing arts, as a qualified Mizan therapist, and an Advanced Liquid Crystal therapist. Barbara’s greatest gifts are no one modality, but rather carrying the deep medicine of the womb-heart, which she has forged over a lifetime of healing; the stories she has thrown into the fire have forged and activated these depths. One of her greatest joys is to share the knowledge she has attained & transmit the healing she has embodied to all women in need of this deep space of healing, holding, and reverence - this extraordinary space of calling both herself and others back into Being is her Soul’s calling.
